4. Snaphouz may allow users to cancel bookings under certain conditions. Cancellation policies vary by experience and are specified by the host. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation policy.

5. You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts the operation of the Platform or violates any laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, abuse, and the posting of harmful or illegal content.

6. All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Snaphouz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to use any content from the Platform without prior permission

7. Snaphouz reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
